The 1896 Polk City Directory listed Thomas Whittelsey as the resident.  The 1910 city directory listed Ephriam Richmond as the resident and Catherine Melcher as the live-in domestic.  John Bour, the vice-president of the Lakeside Biscuit Company, appeared as the listing in both the 1918 and 1921 city directories.  His biography and photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol 2 on apge 98.  His wife was Carolyn (Kendrick) Bour.
