Architect Downing drew plans for the future home of the Henry J. Berth family. The estimated cost was set at $4,000. He selected Ed Vose as the contractor. 2411 Scottwood Avenue was the home of Henry Eberth, a teacher at Central High School, according to the 1907 city directory. A 1925 directory still listed Mr. Eberth as resident as well as his wife Halcyon and son Kenyon who was a student. | |||||
